Summary
Performs tasks such as:
Assistance in civil and commercial litigation (annulment or termination of contracts, civil tort, property and possession conflicts, inheritance and bankruptcy), debt collection (more than 600 simultaneous cases from collection portfolios of the National Bank, added to private clients), labor (representation of both employers and workers) and administrative (tax, environmental, etc.). Drafting initial briefs, various requests/motions and the recursive phase.
Drafting of civil and commercial contracts, such as leasing, escrow (custody and deposit), sale and purchase of movable and immovable property, credits (promissory note, bills of exchange), guarantees (mortgages, pledges, object guarantees), as well as labor and professional services contracts.
Preparation of legal briefs for clients (in English if necessary), drafting workplace policies, preparation of powers of attorney and documents for tenders and notarial deeds.
Advice to business clients and participation in sessions of boards of directors or shareholder assemblies, as well as closings and commercial negotiations.
Preparation of legal articles for the firm's blog, as well as other academic entities.
